International Energy Group

International Energy Group (IEG) is a leading natural gas and LPG distribution and supply business located in the United Kingdom (UK), the Channel Islands* and the Isle of Man. In the UK, IEG entered the electricity distribution market in 2006 and made its first connections in 2007 and, in 2008 acquired Power On Connections (a specialist electricity connections provider to the commercial market). IEG’s UK businesses operate both gas and electricity assets under regulated price regimes, while assets in the Company’s other jurisdictions are not regulated.

IEG's businesses provide an essential service to a broad and stable customer base that underpins its cash flows. In the UK, existing installed connections provide an "availability based" income stream from a group of high credit quality counterparties with minimal operating costs.
